Career Development

The College and Career Center offers many opportunities for students.  The center is onsite at SDHS as well as online at the wildcat link below. All of our counselors as well as career development coordinator and career coach can assist students in the college and career center.  Students can make appointments by emailing the appropriate person.  (See home page)
Students can:
  • create career development plans
  • complete learning/personality online assessments that give career fit scores and occupations
  • create resumes
  • complete job applications
  • create scholarship applications
  • meet with local employers
  • meet with military recruiters
  • discuss particular colleges and their requirements
  • discuss career paths and career planning.
