Erica Tobin

Welcome to Visual Arts!

Welcome! I'm Mrs. Tobin, the art teacher here at South Davidson Middle.  I have been teaching art since 2010, and have been in Davidson County Schools since 2015.  I graduated from UNCG in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Art Education.  Prior to SDMS I taught for five years at Northeast Guilford Middle in Guilford County and one year at Denton, Silver Valley, and Brier Creek Elementary Schools in Davidson County.  I coached cheerleading from 2016-2020 and have since passed that on to someone else.  I continue to serve as the Assistant Volleyball Coach and Yearbook Advisor.    

As always, I look forward to the challenges we will encounter and the adventures we will take in visual arts this year.  I have many new ideas and exciting things planned for this year, and I can't wait to see how they all play out.
